Registration forms, class schedules, calendar, and tuition information are all available at the front desk or you can download them here.
When registering please remember:
new students are accepted after continuing students have finished pre-registration
registration is accepted by mail or in person only, not by telephone
classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis
classes are closed when the total class enrollment limit is reached
students unable to register for a desired class may place their names on a waiting list
if possible, additional classes will be added to accommodate students on the waiting list
any class may be canceled if the total enrollment is less than six students
you will be informed if a class you registered for is canceled due to lack of enrollment
To register:
1. If you are a new student registering within a recommended class level, proceed to step two, or if you have questions please call or ask at the reception desk.
2. Fill out both sides of the two-sided registration form
a separate form is required for each student
print all information clearly in large block letters
list all requested classes including level, day, time, and class length
calculate your total weekly hours.
calculate your semester tuition fee (see payment schedule or ask at the front desk.
parent/guardian signatures are required on both sides of registration form.
make checks payable to The Loudoun School of Ballet
3. To secure your registration, enclose your registration fee of $25 along with one of the following:
registration deposit of $50 or
first monthly tuition payment toward the full semester tuition fee or
the full semester tuition fee
4. Make checks payable to The Loudoun School of Ballet with the student's full name at the bottom of your check. 5. Mail your registration form and check to our address above or, drop off at the school. 6. Students will receive a call to confirm receipt of the registration form and verbal notification that registration is complete.
